This immersion has been a great foundation for me as I stepped into the world of Recruiting. The classes were great to follow along, filled with great discussion and information. The self-study part had great resources and I never felt overwhelmed even as I worked full-time. This was a great balance of learning and real world application. I can honestly say that I can take everything that I have learned and apply it. 10/10 would recommend!

Amy put together a well rounded curriculum that explained the recruiting cycle from sourcing to handoff and on-boarding. She advocated for becoming process-driven and to really integrate empathy into every step of that process. If anyone is looking for some additional training I highly recommend Amy’s training program. She is thoughtful, kind, and brilliant in the recruiting world

The course provided invaluable, full life- cycle recruiting processes and practice. I work for a local nonprofit and was unsure how the information would translate to donor and volunteer recruitment but I was able to put it to use immediately. What a wonderful growth opportunity, both professionally and personally. Amy is a guru!
