Amy’s accomplishments include leading global Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility for PSAV, a reputable private organization with over 1000 locations worldwide and a value of $1 billion. Her leadership in this role contributed to the success of the company’s talent acquisition strategies and internal talent development initiatives. She also served as Vice President of People Operations for Kinney Group, an Indianapolis-based Federal contractor for IT services, where she played a crucial role in optimizing the organization’s HR functions.
